Emotions, we use this word so much daily that it has become a part of us. It is preferred to describe the person we are.
Emotions- They play quite a role in our lives.
We know so much about them in terms such as anger, happiness, sadness, and so on. But these are not all. There are some which cannot be put into words because they lie in the depth of our hearts.
It seems pretty easy to make stories in the minds until it is us at suffering. When we try to control our emotions, we lose the ones that bring us down to our depth burning inside. These emotions mean to trigger the parts we try to hide as it might be someone who we are not at heart.
Just like there’s always some gray between black and white, there are some emotions hidden in us.
There’s so much about emotions that one gets trapped in them. They can be your best buddies or the worst ones if you do not know how to cope up with them. Running away from them is not the best option always. They may hit hard one day that you won’t be able to figure out what went wrong.
Humans pretend to hide such emotions to be in the game as it controls the real being. But, of course, this pretending makes us forget the real us.
We get lost in wondering how we became who we are because we never kept track of the time.
We have given so much importance to our emotions that it leads us to our complete breakdown. Humans are way too easy to fool when it comes to emotions. You are already one point behind those who know how to prick the emotional states of others.

It is based on our emotions, though we describe it scientifically to look cool. Heavy phrases like the state of one’s mind mentioned at various stages do not categorize the actual feeling.
Have you ever actually given a thought to what is the state of mind in reality…?
Let me tell you what I think it is. It is nothing but our emotions. The state of mind will be at its happiest peak if we are emotionally contented. It is like the way lovers behave when dopamine hits their brains for the first time at the primary level.
On the other hand, the state of mind will be at its weakest stroke if we are emotionally unhappy or sad. It can be like the breakup tears us apart.

It is all about so-called emotions in the end. You think in a way you want to feel even if you are unaware of it at every moment.
We, humans, pretend to be satisfied because we fear our emotions will put our feet down in front of people. We try to keep our sentiments inside our back pockets so that others won’t reach there. In reality, each of us does the same. We are always trying to be who others want us to be at hearts.

The heat of the argument increases to the maximum. And that’s when you are emotionally unstable to control. So, you are lost again in a blast of troubling emotions.
Now, when you are trying to point out which one’s suitable but everything else gets mixed up. And that’s the moment where everything feels upside down. You think you don’t feel anything because everything has turned black in your imagination. All the emptiness is because your mind is confused about the emotions as it is unable to process the right one.
Imagine if we could store our emotions in a box-like hiding our chocolates. The only difference would be we can keep the sentiments we never want to be reminded of in the end rather than keeping our favorite chocolates at last to enjoy them more.
It may lead to good. Although we must know there’s no other way around unless we never want to grow ourselves.

You are doing great if you are thinking. It is all you can do after all if you don’t want to work on it. Think, but react to it also. The only processing it all in the brain isn’t the right thing to do. Take a step to not to empower your emotions on yourself. Be emotional-friendly if you can’t be eco-friendly. However, you can be both. But it’s okay. You have got a lot on your plate. Work for it.
